  • Generate modules and component sales in defined markets like i.e. Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovenia or Czech Republic
    • Maintain and build up relationships with customers; this shall include:
    • Expansion of existing customer relationships
    • Acquisition of new customers and developing sustainable relationships
    • Negotiation of price, volume and all other contractual terms with customers
    • Coordination with all internal departments to solve entire commercial, technical and financial issues of the account
    • Closing sales contracts
  • Ensuring of high customer satisfaction at all times
  • Representation of the company’s brand in front of key customers
  • Creation of awareness and demand for company products and services
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies
  • Building up a sustainable forecasting with key customers
  • Close cooperation with EMEA Headquarter in Munich, Germany
  • The position is home based, preferably in Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovenia, Czech Republic or Germany

  • Commercial education or University degree in business administration or engineering with comparable backround
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management for PV modules or PV related products such as inverters
  • Proof of success
  • Well connected with key market drivers (Distributers, developers etc.)
  • Result driven approach with a proactive attitude, high initiative to take on challenges and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure, high flexibility and willingness to travel (50%)
  • Good sense for market developments
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intercultural skills
  • Good MS Office Skills
  • Fluent in English; additional East European languages such as Czech are a plus
